Hello

Hi I am going to use this 1st post to introduce myself.

I am Sam and I have Cerebral Palsy (CP!) it effects my right leg & left arm and I have a slight speech impediment.
What makes me unique is that I am a qualified gym & group exercise instructor.
I am a international fitness presenter & present and do demonstrations at conventions, events etc on exercise & disability.
I am also very proud to be a Clubbercise Pro-Trainer. I am working with Clubbercise to make it the first fully inclusive group exercise class out there!
I teach Various forms of Zumba which I love. Zumba personally helped me through a bad point of my life and now I love teaching people and making them forget there troubles for that hour!!!
I work within the local GP Referral team & support various clients within a gym environment & I love helping them transform there lives & helping to improve there lives through exercise.
Through this blog I will show that having a disability does not dis-able you but in fact heightens your abilities and that sport and exercise does improve the condition.
I am on a mission to have more disabled group exercise instructors and to expel that myth that disabled people cannot be instructors because they are disabled. I also want to educate gym managers and clients to give disabled instructors a chance and give them time to prove themselves.
Over the next few posts I will be interviewing my friend Conrad who also has CP about him completing in the disabled world & UK strongman competitions and about the Clubbercise first disabled instructor trainings.
